24 year old Carlos Tevez may not stay with current club Manchester United. Sir Alex Ferguson is pretty certain that his striker will stay at the club, however, I think that the draw of Real Madrid is too much for the Argentinian player.

Tevez’s contract is set to expire after this season ends which will signal the time for both parties’ decisions. Lets look at this in the view of three different perspectives to stay objective and give a little bit of all sides.

Man U:

Loosing Tevez would not be the worst thing in the world for Fergie and company. He has Wayne Rooney as his primary stirker and Dimitar Berbatov. I recently covered the acquisition of Berbatov and how it is a plus for The Reds. I suppose, in the even of a Tevez departure, Man U could acquire a younger forward to back up both Rooney and Berbatov. The rotation of all three of the current Man U players is hard to not get used to. I say that Man U would lose out here if Tevez leaves.

Tevez:

He has a very interesting decision at the end of the season, stay with his current club or leave for the Galacticos of the world. Its like deciding to play for the Yankees or the Red Sox. I think the draw, the money, and the ability to get playing time will influence his decision the most. Real Madrid seems to have all of these. With the recent departure of Robinho, Madrid has a spot available for a talent like Tevez.

Real Madrid:

With the departure of Robinho, the club will be looking to replace his stardom with another type. Tevez would fill that role perfectly. I think that they want him, end of story.

Over the Summer Transfer season, Man U decided to add another striker to the mix in Dimitar Berbatov. Berbatov spent his last season with Tottenham Hotspur and now that he is with Man U, he has a decent shot at a number of different honors and the ability to participate in a number of different tournaments. One sure-fire tournament is the Champions League that should be exciting for a player that has spent time with a middle-running Premiership club.

Sir Alex Ferguson now has a lot of depth at the striker position in returning players Carlos Tevez and Wayne Rooney. Tevez is used primarily as the second striker while Ronney is used as the primary striker. Berbatov will probably not start over either player as they are incumbents, but he should receive a fair amount of minutes through substitutions and to give either of the aforemetioned a rest. Man U opened up the bank for Berbatov by shelling out 30.75 million pounds.

Something that just happened to have slipped under my radar was the signed extension of Michael Carrick with Manchester United.

After today’s penalty shoot-out goal and his overall match play, it looks like a very good decision.

It is a 3 year extension with the Reds and I believe the midfielder will have plenty to show as he is immensely talented.

At another front, we shall see what else Man U has in-store for us as the off-season is beginning. There are still many other moves and transfers that may occur.

Chelsea and Man U played their hearts out today and it was decided by the most dreaded but the most fairest way possible. The penalty shoot out is one of the most exciting things to watch.

After the send-off of Drogba, I was uncertain if the extra man would do it for the Reds but it didn’t, ending the extra periods of time.

Cheers Reds!

Tomorrow’s UEFA Champion’s League Final Match is tomorrow. I am very excited as many people in all of Europe and the rest of the world are. What a great match, Manchester United versus Chelsea, I can’t wait.

Manchester United: Look for Ronaldo to star as he is being considered as the top-player in the world right now. The Reds’ side looks hungry for a win tomorrow.

Chelsea: Supporters and hooligans of Chelsea were holding their breath after the collision between keeper Petr Cech and captain John Terry. It looks as if the injury will not affect Terry’s return to the starting lineup. He resumed training last week and should be fit for tomorrow.

Wow I’m excited. Cheers.

How interesting, two English Premier teams that are already neck to neck in the Premiership, are in fact in the final. Chelsea and Man U wil once again battle it out however on a entirely different format.

Manchester United defeated Spanish power Barcelona. After this unfortunate loss for Barcelona, people are forecasting that there will be many changes in the Barcelona Camp. Here are some things to watch for:

Rafa Marquez: Apparently, he may or may not be in Barca’s future plans. Look for another defender to replace him if he is indeed on his way out.

Henry: Many people in English Soccer are speculating that there is a separation in the Barca locker room. There are a ton of rumors…possibly even a MLS move. Maybe no move.

Samuel Eto’o: He maybe on his way out, as people have been wondering if he really likes it there. If both Henry and Eto’o depart, who will be the counterpart to Messi, Dos Santos or Bojan?

Ronaldinho: This has been brought up in discussion after discussion. Where he exactly ends up, who knows? Manchester City is looking to add a name.

Frank Rijkarrd: I’m afraid Barca’s standards are too high and it seems that the manager will probably get the ax as well.

Besides the impending commotion that will occur in Barcelona. We shall look forward to watching a fine Champions League Final between Manchester United and Chelsea.
