ManCity_Cup_415 If you are a die hard soccer fan, then you must be aware of the fact that last season’s FA Cup victory saw Manchester City’s 35- year silverware drought coming to an end. Not just this, the so-called “noisy neighbors” forced Manchester United to remove the banner that hung at Old Trafford from the Stretford End. This banner displayed the numbers of years since City won a trophy.

It is believed that Micah Richards is the latest Manchester City player to speak to the media about the upcoming derby match versus the arch rivals Manchester United. Richards is a camera friendly person who never hesitates in sharing his view points to the media on camera.

It was on August 7th, 2011 at the Wembley Stadium in London, England, when United returned from a 2-9 half time deficit to win the FA Community Shield by a score of 3-2 that was witnessed by more than 77,169 people.
